Are your bands handmade?
Yes. Every ENKOR band is ethically handmade in Bali in small batches by skilled artisans who pay close attention to detail, finish, and quality.
Do you produce sustainably?
We keep our production local and low-impact. Our bands are made in limited quantities, and we partner with small Balinese workshops to ensure ethical conditions and reduce waste.
Can I wear it as a top / dress / headwrap / skirt?

Do you offer gift packaging?

IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE ONLINE FROM THE EBOUTIQUE?
Absolutely ! ENKOR is based in New Mexico, managed and run by Americans. ENKOR uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
However, if you are still concerned with placing your order, please contact customercare@enkor.store and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order!
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once your order has been placed. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at customercare@enkor.store within 6 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
ENKOR ships worldwide using different carriers depending on the destination region.
Estimated delivery times are clearly displayed at checkout, based on your delivery address.
In general, orders are delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs clearance procedures, which are unfortunately outside of our control.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM? CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
A Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory. You may cancel until the time your order has been processed. To cancel, please email us at customercare@enkor.store .
I ORDERED AN AVAILABLE BAND WITH A PRE-ORDER, WILL THEY SHIP SEPARATELY?
We will ship your order once all items are available. If you wish to receive your available item before the pre-ordered one, please email us at customercare@enkor.store.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
For most destinations, the product price already includes all applicable duties and taxes.
This means you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
In certain cases (depending on your country’s regulations and customs processes), additional charges may still apply. These are beyond our control and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
The product price is inclusive of all duties . You will not be charged any additional duties & taxes upon delivery unless you choose to do so.

ENKOR ships all orders under the DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) model.
This means that all applicable customs duties and taxes are already included in the price paid at checkout. Customers will not be asked to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Due to local customs regulations, a limited number of destinations are not covered by DDP.
For orders shipped to the following countries and territories, import duties and taxes may still be charged locally and remain the responsibility of the recipient:

Where are orders shipped from?
Today, our logistics are centralized in our main fulfillment center in Asia to ensure consistent stock availability and the best possible prices.
We also partner with regional warehouses for certain orders, which allows us to optimize delivery times.
Looking ahead, our logistics network is expanding 🌍: we are currently setting up local warehouses in Europe, the United States, and Australia. This will allow us to offer even faster delivery to our customers worldwide.
SIZING
What size are the Enkor bands?
All our bands are one-size-fits-all. They are approximately 2.5 meters long and 50 cm wide, giving you full freedom to style them however you want – as a top, skirt, scarf, or headwrap.
Thanks to their generous length and flexible design, they comfortably fit all body types and styles. Whether you're dressing for the beach or a night out, you’ll always find a way to wear it your way.
Is it suitable for all body shapes?
Absolutely. Our bandeaux were designed to be inclusive and adjustable. You can tie them, wrap them, twist them – there are 1000+ ways to wear it. If you need inspiration, follow us on Instagram @enkor.store for tutorials and ideas.
Do you offer other sizes?
Currently, all our bandeaux are made in a universal size. If we introduce additional sizes or formats in the future, our community will be the first to know.
CARE & COMPOSITION
What are the Enkor bands made of?
Each Enkor band is crafted from a high-quality blend of 90% polyester and 10% spandex. This combination offers a silky soft touch, vibrant colors, and just the right amount of stretch to adapt to your style and movement.
How should I care for my ENKOR Band?
To preserve the quality and finish of your band, we recommend the following care:
Machine wash cold (30°C)
Wash separately to avoid color transfer
Do not bleach or tumble dry
Professional dry cleaning recommended for long-term maintenance
Can I iron the band?
Yes — iron on low heat only, ideally with a protective cloth over the fabric to avoid damage.
Will the color or shape change over time?
Not if properly cared for. Our fabric is made to resist fading, shrinking, and warping. Just follow the care guidelines and your band will stay as vibrant and versatile as day one.

RETURN & EXHANGES
What is your return policy?
You can return your ENKOR band within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
Are returns free?
No — return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We currently accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
At this time, all returns are processed at our returns center in Indonesia. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees as well as any import duties or taxes charged upon re-entry to Indonesia.
For your security, we recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
⚠️ Important:
If a parcel is refused upon delivery, all return shipping fees, customs duties, and handling costs will be charged to the customer.
If these costs exceed the value of the original order, the difference will be invoiced to the customer.
If the parcel is destroyed by the carrier instead of returned, no refund will be possible.
We are actively working on expanding our logistics network with regional return centers in Europe, the United States, and Australia to make the process easier and more affordable for our customers.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply contact us at customercare@enkor.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different color or item, we recommend:
Returning your original order for a refund (within 30 days of delivery, following our return policy).
Placing a new order with your preferred product.
This process allows us to guarantee that your new item is available and ships without delay.
What items are non-returnable?
We cannot accept returns on items that are:
Used or damaged
Washed or altered
Returned beyond the 30-day window
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
