What makes ENKOR bands unique?
ENKOR isn’t just a fashion piece — it’s a versatile essential. Each band is designed to be worn in over 1000 different ways, from day to night. It’s your go-to for the beach, the city, or a night out.
Are your bands handmade?
Yes. Every ENKOR band is ethically handmade in Bali in small batches by skilled artisans who pay close attention to detail, finish, and quality.
Do you produce sustainably?
We keep our production local and low-impact. Our bands are made in limited quantities, and we partner with small Balinese workshops to ensure ethical conditions and reduce waste.
Can I wear it as a top / dress / headwrap / skirt?

Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes — all ENKOR orders come in premium, reusable packaging. It’s perfect for gifting or storing your band beautifully.
Do you have physical stores or stockists?
Not yet — for now, ENKOR is exclusively available online at enkor.store. Stay tuned via our newsletter for future pop-ups or retail partnerships.
YOUR ORDER
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We offer Express Shipping via DHL at a flat rate of $5 per order.
Shipping is free when you purchase 2 or more products, and this discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Orders are delivered within 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Please note that any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES ENKOR ACCEPT?
We have more payment options available depending on your location. You can choose your preferred payment method at Checkout. If you do not see your preferred method in the list of choices, please email customercare@enkor.store.
We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments, including:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express..)
- Shop Pay
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Other local payment methods (depending on your country)

IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE ONLINE FROM THE EBOUTIQUE?
Absolutely ! ENKOR is based in New Mexico, managed and run by Americans. ENKOR uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
However, if you are still concerned with placing your order, please contact customercare@enkor.store and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order!
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order once your order has been placed. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at customercare@enkor.store within 6 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
ENKOR uses DHL Express for all orders. We generally deliver all orders within 3-5 working days.
There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email including a tracking number. If you have not received this email, please email customercare@enkor.store
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ITEM? CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
A Pre-order item is one that you order before we have it in our inventory. You may cancel until the time your order has been processed. To cancel, please email us at customercare@enkor.store .
I ORDERED AN AVAILABLE BAND WITH A PRE-ORDER, WILL THEY SHIP SEPARATELY?
We will ship your order once all items are available. If you wish to receive your available item before the pre-ordered one, please email us at customercare@enkor.store.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase.
The product price is inclusive of all duties . You will not be charged any additional duties & taxes upon delivery unless you choose to do so.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE FOR YOUR PRICES?
We display and collect payments in the local currency when you select your shipping country. You will be charged in the currency listed at checkout.
WHAT WILL MY BILLING STATEMENT SAY?
Your credit card will be billed by Stripe and your billing statement will read "Enkor Store"
DUTIES & TAXES
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.

- For orders under €150 (excluding VAT), VAT is collected at checkout and your order is delivered without any additional charges at delivery.
Enjoy a smooth and transparent shopping experience — no customs surprises!
- For orders above €150 (excluding VAT) are not eligible for IOSS simplified import.
This means that local VAT and customs fees may apply upon delivery, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If a parcel is refused at delivery due to unpaid import VAT or customs fees, the order will be refunded only after the package has been returned to us, minus the original shipping cost, any return fees, and applicable handling charges.
*We recommend placing separate orders if your total exceeds this threshold, to avoid any unexpected charges.

SIZING
What size are the Enkor bands?
All our bands are one-size-fits-all. They are approximately 2.5 meters long and 50 cm wide, giving you full freedom to style them however you want – as a top, skirt, scarf, or headwrap.
Thanks to their generous length and flexible design, they comfortably fit all body types and styles. Whether you're dressing for the beach or a night out, you’ll always find a way to wear it your way.
Is it suitable for all body shapes?
Absolutely. Our bandeaux were designed to be inclusive and adjustable. You can tie them, wrap them, twist them – there are 1000+ ways to wear it. If you need inspiration, follow us on Instagram @enkor.store for tutorials and ideas.
Do you offer other sizes?
Currently, all our bandeaux are made in a universal size. If we introduce additional sizes or formats in the future, our community will be the first to know.
CARE & COMPOSITION
What are the Enkor bands made of?
Each Enkor band is crafted from a high-quality blend of 90% polyester and 10% spandex. This combination offers a silky soft touch, vibrant colors, and just the right amount of stretch to adapt to your style and movement.
How should I care for my ENKOR Band?
To preserve the quality and finish of your band, we recommend the following care:
Machine wash cold (30°C)
Wash separately to avoid color transfer
Do not bleach or tumble dry
Professional dry cleaning recommended for long-term maintenance
Can I iron the band?
Yes — iron on low heat only, ideally with a protective cloth over the fabric to avoid damage.
Will the color or shape change over time?
Not if properly cared for. Our fabric is made to resist fading, shrinking, and warping. Just follow the care guidelines and your band will stay as vibrant and versatile as day one.
Where is it made?
Every ENKOR Band is ethically handmade in Bali by skilled artisans who pay close attention to detail, durability, and finish.
RETURN & EXHANGES
What is your return policy?
You can return your ENKOR band within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
How do I initiate a return?
Simply contact us at customercare@enkor.store with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Do you accept exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different color or item, we recommend returning your original order for a refund and placing a new one.
What items are non-returnable?
We cannot accept returns on items that are:
Used or damaged
Washed or altered
Returned beyond the 30-day window
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide via DHL Express.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within approximately 5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
- $5 flat rate for all orders
- Free shipping when you purchase 2 or more products

Will I have to pay customs fees?
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
