2. Eligibility

3. Products & Orders
All products listed on enkor.store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit the sale of any product at any time without prior notice.
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via Shopify Payments including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local methods (excluding PayPal).
All transactions are processed securely.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is 5 business days from dispatch.
Shipping fees and delivery times may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, natural events, or courier issues.
For international shipping you are responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply in your country.
🇪🇺 For EU customers:
- For orders under €150 (excluding VAT), VAT is collected at checkout and your order is delivered without any additional charges at delivery.

-For orders above €150 (excluding VAT) are not eligible for IOSS simplified import.
This means that local VAT and customs fees may apply upon delivery, and are the responsibility of the recipient. If a parcel is refused at delivery due to unpaid import VAT or customs fees, the order will be refunded only after the package has been returned to us,
minus the original shipping cost, any return fees, and applicable handling charges.*We recommend placing separate orders if your total exceeds this threshold, to avoid any unexpected charges.
6. Returns & Refunds
You may return any unused item within 30 days of receiving your order:
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns should be sent with tracking; we are not responsible for lost parcels.
- Items that are used, damaged, or not in resellable condition are not eligible for a refund.
- Final sale items are non-refundable.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions, bundles, or discounts may be offered at our discretion. All such offers are subject to availability and can be modified or withdrawn at any time.
