Welcome to Enkor! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, operated by Enkor Store LLC, a company registered in the United States.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website enkor.store or purchasing any products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available to all users, including minors with parental or guardian consent. By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have permission to do so.
3. Products & Orders
All products listed on enkor.store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit the sale of any product at any time without prior notice.
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via Shopify Payments including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local methods (excluding PayPal).
All transactions are processed securely.
5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide in partnership with NextSmartShip (NSS) and trusted express carriers.

Orders are generally delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Estimated delivery times are clearly displayed at checkout based on the destination address.
Customs Duties & Taxes

All orders are shipped under the DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) model, meaning duties and taxes are already included in the checkout price. Customers will not pay additional fees upon delivery.

Exceptions: A limited number of countries and territories are not covered by DDP, and import duties/taxes may apply locally. These remain the responsibility of the customer. A full list of exceptions is available in our Duties & Taxes FAQ.
⚠️ If a parcel is refused at delivery due to unpaid duties or taxes (in applicable countries), the order will only be refunded once the package is returned to us, minus:

The original shipping fee,

Any return shipping and customs costs,

Applicable handling charges.
If return costs exceed the value of the order, the difference will be invoiced to the customer, or the parcel may be destroyed by the carrier. In the case of destruction, no refund will be issued.
6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are currently processed only at our returns center in Indonesia. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as any import duties or customs fees charged upon re-entry to Indonesia.

Returns must be sent with tracking; we are not responsible for lost parcels.

Final sale items are non-refundable.

⚠️ If a parcel is refused upon delivery, all related costs (shipping, customs, handling) will be deducted from the refund. If those costs exceed the order value, the remaining balance will be invoiced to the customer. If the parcel is destroyed, no refund will be possible.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different color or item, please return your order for a refund and place a new one.
8. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions, bundles, or discounts may be offered at our discretion. All such offers are subject to availability and can be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Standard return and refund policies apply to discounted orders.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including images, text, logos, and design, is the property of Enkor Store LLC and may not be used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products or services.
Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Privacy
By using our Site, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.
